Joy of all Joys

My joy is in watching these children of mine know something, grasp something I never quite had at their age. They know it and feel and breathe it. And I want that pure, innocent, child-like faith. I live it through them, and at times, learn this faith through them.

"Can we just leave these up even after Easter, Mommy, so we can remember how Jesus came and died for our sins?"

Most definitely! This is the gift that we count, we count it over and over and over again so we don't forget! We number it, we write it, we feel it, we tell it....we draw it! Let's not pack away our Easter...but live it too!

Jesus riding on a donkey into Jerusalem.

Jesus teaching the people.

Jesus cleansing the temple.

The Passover Meal.
"This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."

Jesus prays in the Garden of Gethsemane.

"It is finished."

And yet it soul weeps for joy at the man, the God-man, who came to bring all hope and joy, who laid down His life and is preparing a joyous place in His eternal presence.

They found the stone was rolled away.

Christ is Risen! He is Risen, indeed!
